that when shipped the coral will retract it's polyps and you will see a blue/purple encrusted frag plug. After proper acclimation the polyps should extend to the bright green color after a few days.

Shipping Delays- We cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays experienced by the carrier that may cause your shipment to arrive late causing death of the Live Stock.
Shipping Schedule:
- Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday
- Shipping and handling within 12-24 hrs, Order placed after Tuesday will be shipped out next Monday morning
- Please allow 12-24 hrs for tracking numbers to be scanned from carriers
DOA policy:
- please submit a CLEAR photo of unopened bag within 2 hours after package is received in first attempt,. Please DO NOT discard DOA livestock until photos are received.
- Opening the bag will void all guarantees. Removing the deceased shrimp from the bag will void all guarantees.
- No refunds will be given for losses caused by shipping delays or delivery failures
- Please be responsible and track your package on USPS website so that you can be there to receive them. Shipping charges are not included under our DOA policy.
