Selmer Signet Soloist Oboe + Extras || Overhauled | Full Conservatory.
Full conservatory Signet Soloist plastic oboe, made by Selmer USA. Serial number F601*.
This oboe has been overhauled in my shop: all pads replaced with mostly premium cork pads, synthetic pads,  and one leather pad; new key bumpers; keys swedged and refit as best as possible; adjusted and regulated; and thoroughly play-tested (played at length with multiple reeds of various cuts to get a good test).
The oboe comes with a brand new Protec Micro zip oboe case, plus the fleece-lined nylon case cover from my other oboe (Fossati branded). Since I've been putting that case into a gig bag, this cover is available and fits this case nicely. It has a shoulder strap and outside storage pocket.
The tuning is decent in all registers, response is good, and gets a pretty good sound with good quality/handmade professional reeds.
This oboe has been my backup for outdoor gigs and concerts.
Cosmetically, it's not too bad. There are some scratches on the body and keys, but plating is in overall good condition and there is nothing major that affects the playability of the instrument.
