    Power on tested, fans are sometimes noisy. Some scratches on top/bottom. Listing includes unit, power cord, and rack ears. (Unit no. 1) Note, this has four rubber feet on the bottom of the unit, I've discounted the price since the feet make it harder to rack-mount. You could probably remove the rubber feet, but since they're glued on, I haven't.
