PLEASE NOTE: Coral colors may vary with different lighting fixtures. We take photos with a polyp lab orange lens under blue lighting with an Olympus underwater camera. We do our best to make sure corals look accurate to color in real life.
SHIPPING: We ship orders within 3 business days of payment Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We only ship on Thursday if customers are okay with the risk of UPS delay. Please indicate if you have a preferred day to receive the coral. If you will not be home to receive the box on any of the three days after payment please let us know. No returns or exchanges.
DOA POLICY:
Corals WILL NOT Arrive Fully open, please allow them to open up and recover from shipping. A closed coral is not a dead coral. A dead coral will arrive with dark brown water and smell very bad.
If in the unfortunate event that you have a D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) coral upon opening your box, please send us a message with a photo within 2hrs of delivery. After receiving the photos, we will advise what to do with the DOA, do not discard until instructed. If DOA is confirmed by us, credit will be given. Often, we are able to replace the DOA with the same or similar item. We are not responsible for Carrier Delays.
