MPLSeries Metering/Dosing Pump

Description

Liquid blending system consisting of 4 independently adjustable MPL S/S pumps coupled with a MPL model E-2 (48 SPM) drive.
Pumps 1 & 2 are type D-90-S, pump 3 is type SS-30-L and pump 4 is type SS-5-C.
Connections are 1/2" quick release.
Product volume is determined by a combination of drive speed, plunger stroke length and plunger area.
Typical product applications include margarine, oils and fats, confectionary, shampoo, liquid detergents, liquid cleaners, creams and lotions, alcohol and soft drinks, varnishes and paints, water treatment, dairy, juices, plastics, film and photo and a variety of others.
Can be used in either continuous or batch operations. Stainless steel frame with caster base.
