    Description

    Magic Reed Handmade Student Oboe Reed
    are handmade from scratch with professional grade cane and staples.  We use the same overall professional scrape as our
    higher end reeds, but finish the reed for a lighter, more forgiving response.  They
    are designed to help  players with at least 6 months experience sound better, progress faster and have more fun. While these are generally the lightest reeds in our menu, buyers should anticipate a more robust (harder) reed than other student reeds on the market.  Finished  in 1-2 drying cycles, and tested on a Howarth XL oboe.
    Reeds are Covid sanitized in our shop, but we recommend that buyers re-sanitize the reed upon arrival.
