Our Asterina stars make for a highly efficient and natural clean-up crew, as they consume algae and decaying food and serve as a great source of nutrition for harlequin shrimps.
Each order will come with 10 asterina stars, as well as a few extra to account for any potential DOA.
In the unlikely event that any
Asterina stars
show up dead on arrival, we do give a full refund as long as clear photos are provided of the coral UNOPENED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 2 hours of recorded delivery time. we are not responsible for any deaths involving shipping delays. We use UPS 2nd day air shipping and try to avoid shipping thurs through saturday to avoid any chance of this happening.
Winter Weather Note:
If you reside in a region that experiences winter weather, please note that heat packs are only available for orders shipped via Priority Mail or Priority Express Next Day Shipping. Orders shipped via other services, such as first class shipping, do not come with a heat pack and may not be guaranteed against DOA due to potential negligence of weather/season when ordering. This is because first class shipping is slower and does not guarantee a specific delivery date, which may render the heat pack ineffective due to extended transit time.
