For your consideration is a darling pair of capris/pants  from the vintage Gymboree " Tutti Fruity" line...2005 tag. They are size 3T and are in GUC with a bit of knee fade.  Pink with elastic waist.  The waist is 19" without stretching.  100% cotton.   Very cute and perfect for summer !!
