FOX MODEL 300 PROFESSIONAL FULL CONSERVATORY RESIN OBOE LEFT HAND F NEEDS WORK

Description

Up for auction is a used Fox model 300 professional full conservatory resin oboe. Most keys move freely, no keys appear to be missing and the pads/corks are in fair condition(pads/corks are older and need to be replaced soon). This oboe has minor scratches throughout from normal use. The keys are lightly tarnished throughout and the key plating wear is minimal, with approximately 90% of plating intact. This oboe has a left hand F key, an alternate C key, a split ring key and a low Bb bell key. There are no cracks present or repaired, though the bore has a visible gouge in the upper keyed section. The serial number is in the upper 20xx range, which dates manufacture to approximately 1983. Included is a somewhat used oboe case(fine for shipping, but probably should be replaced...interior fabric is loose, exterior has wear on the edges and tape on the ends, case latches work as intended). This is being sold in "as-is" condition and no returns! The pictures provided are considered as part of the description.
