This oboe has minor scratches throughout from normal use and the lightly tarnished keys have minimal plating wear, with approximately 99% of silver plating intact.

    Description

    Up for auction is a gently used professional F. Loree Paris "Royal" full conservatory wood oboe with an AK bore, a third octave key and low Bb resonance key. All keys move freely and the pads/corks are in very good condition. There are no cracks present or repaired and there is no visible bore damage(pics available upon request). This oboe has a body surface repair near the upper third octave key post(pictured), which does not affect overall performance. The oboe has minor scratches throughout from normal use and the lightly tarnished keys have minimal plating wear, with approximately 99% of silver plating intact. The serial number is in the UJxx series and appears to be a recent production model oboe. This oboe has been shop adjusted and plays fine now, but it may require a minor adjustment after shipping or for personal preference. Included is a gently used F. Loree wood shell oboe case, a zippered F. Loree case cover, two tenon end caps, a Loree cork grease container and a reed case.
