We use specific packaging means necessary to ensure the safety of the arrival of your live coral. In the unlikely event of a D.O.A (dead on arrival), please send a very clear digital photo within 2 hours of delivery (UPS posted time). After receiving the photo, we may ask for you to ship back the deceased coral, please do not dispose of the remains. Once a photo is received (if applicable), we will issue a store credit. Credit does not include shipping.
We do not offer refunds, only credit towards future auctions or a replacement (if available). We cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your shipment to arrive late. Buyer MUST receive delivery on FIRST
